One of the most easily accessible beach dives in our area features large “Rocks,” creating an interesting underwater landscape and a distinctive beach diving experience. The Perry Street Rock Pile begins 600 feet from the shore and spans approximately 150 feet wide (east-west). The typical depth ranges from 12-20 feet, with some boulders having high peaks.

This site originated from the Beach Renourishment Project, Segment III by Broward County, completed in 2006. It has since become an incredible reef for scuba divers to explore! Divers often encounter nurse sharks, yellow-spotted rays, large southern stingrays, and colorful parrotfish. Occasionally, a school of giant tarpon can be seen near the rocks!

This will be a single-tank dive.

Check-in time is at 8:00 am. Please ensure you check in with the Divemaster before entering the water and check out with the Divemaster after the dive.
